MSABI True Life manager Ms Sarah Msoffe working in the field with a Masai family

MSABI Water Quality Assurance Manager Mr Bruno Sanga in the field as part of the MSABI 13-point quality assurance system.  Each water point has 13 different inspection processes (checking over 250 critical points) to ensure quality installation.  Here Bruno checks the GPS location and is entering data into our tablet cloud based system.
MSABI has been recognized for our True Life Maintenance initiative.  True Life Maintenance is a subscription based maintenance service for water points.  Water point owners pay a monthly fee and in return receive fortnightly proactive visits from trained maintenance hub representatives.  In addition maintenance hubs are on call for any emergency problems.  The subscription fee covers the service provider and all spare parts.  Payment and reporting of problems is mediated by  mobile phone SMS.  Hub maintenance representatives log all visits and each pump history using simple smart phone cloud based forms.
All MSABI water points are mapped with live status updates.  If you would like to see our installations and functionality status then visit the link below.
