MSABI is an organization focusing on delivering progressive water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) interventions. The program is a demand-driven, market based, replicable and expandable model for the implementation of cost-efficient community based solutions. The non-profit organization is pioneering innovative hardware and software systems that create independence, ownership and local WASH service delivery. MSABI acts as capacity building centre and spin-off hub for local sector related businesses and organizations. Research programs, in collaboration with international leading institutes, aim at developing, testing and validating new technologies and approaches. The MSABI team has over 60 local staff supported by international specialists.
MSABI is seeking an experienced Country Manager with at least 10 years experience in WASH. Preferably the candidate will have an engineering background. The candidate must have proven team/project management leadership and program coordination efficiency, WASH technical knowledge including latest innovation sector developments, ability to build local capacity, and strong financial/administration management skills. Most importantly the candidate must have a passion for WASH and a love of field work.
