My name is Bernard Mwingira, a recently employed staff at MSABI working as an accountant. First of all, I would like to thank all staff members for their warm welcome, cooperation and support they have shown to me. Since I arrived at MSABI, I have learnt a lot of things that I didn't know before, concerning Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) projects. I have attended WASH training that was conducted at the MSABI Office, Ifakara. During the training session some of the MSABI staff members taught us about different projects and core activities carried out by MSABI. These are services to the community because the costs of these projects contributed by the community is low compared to the large amount subsidized by MSABI. Some of these projects include Water point installations, pottery (Tembo Filter) and Sanitation (Latrines Installation) projects. Also MSABI conducts research to determine the effect of WASH projects to the community. I have visited together with some staff members and community educators different villages and schools such as Namawala village, Lumemo village and Jongo primary school, where MSABI installed water points and latrines.
Generally, I would like to say that I realy enjoy working at MSABI, and I am proud to be a MSABI team member...............!!!!!!!!!
